We heal in community, not in isolation. Embodied Belonging is a mind-body group for women who are seeking ways to foster and deepen connection to themselves (in body, mind and spirit) and others. Each session will begin with 45-60 minutes of mindful movement incorporating yoga, breath work, meditation and other somatic practices, followed by 45-60 minutes of traditional group “talk” therapy. Each week we will explore a new topic, ranging from connection and intimacy to resilience and self-worth.
Sessions run for 8 weeks, and will be held on Tuesday nights from 7-9pm beginning October 2nd and run through November 27th.
Cost is $320 for 8 two-hour sessions.
