The Whidbey Institute

April 5-7, 2019

Join Meghan Smith and Kelsey Johnson for a weekend retreat of yoga, personal reflection, hiking and community. Together we will dive into questions of identity and authentic expression through yoga, meditation, group discussion, writing exercises and shared meals all on the beautiful landscape of the Whidbey Institute. Facilitated by a pair of healers trained both as yoga teachers and mental health counselors, this retreat invites you to dive within yourself to see what might emerge. Join us.
