Join me for this deeply healing, self-care explosion that includes a soulful, slow vinyasa flow accompanied by essential oils, topped off with a 45-minute iRest Yoga Nidra practice.

I will guide you through iRest Yoga Nidra, a form of meditative self-inquiry that has been developed to heal the degenerative impact of stress on our bodies, minds and spirits. iRest is used in VA hospitals, military bases, clinics, hospice, homeless shelters and schools to significanty reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain and more. I have taught yoga and studied psychology, meditation, ritual, and the healing arts for many years. I am a practicing psychotherapist in the Seattle area, as well as an iRest Teacher-in-Training Level One.
