Individual Therapy

I am currently seeing clients virtually through Zoom.

Individual therapy is a space to slow things down, makes sense of what you’re experiencing, and learn how to respond differently to anxiety and fear - without judgement or pressure to “fix” yourself.

I provide individual therapy to adults and older teens struggling with OCD, intrusive thoughts, anxiety, panic, and phobias. My work is grounded in your humanness, as well as evidence-based treatment. It is shaped by both professional training and lived experience.

What to expect in Therapy:

Therapy begins when taking the time to understand you - your experiences, patterns, strengths, values and goals - rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all approach. We’ll move at a pace that feels steady and supportive, while still gently challenging the patterns that keep the fear in control.

Sessions are structured but flexible. You can expect:

- A calm, compassionate, nonjudgemental environment

- Collaborative goal-setting

- Practical tools you can apply outside of sessions

- Individualized approaches to tailor to your specific needs
