Sedona Retreat | October 3-8, 2026

About your trip

There’s something about Sedona that you feel before you can put that feeling into words.

Tucked among the towering red rock formations and vast desert skies, Sedona invites you to slow down, soften, and reconnect - with yourself, with nature, and with something deeper. The light here is different. The air feels cleaner. Time stretches just enough for you to remember how to breathe deeply.

Known for its powerful energy and vortex sites, Sedona has long been a place of healing, reflection, and transformation. Whether you believe in the mysticism or simply feel the quiet magic of the landscape, there’s no denying the way this land hold you.

Days unfold with warm sunshine, expansive views, and grounding connection to the earth. Evenings bring glowing sunsets that light up the red rocks, followed by some of the clearest night skies you’ve ever seen.

This is a place to unplug from the noise, step out of your daily roles, and come home to yourself.

To move your body.

To rest deeply.

To listen inward.

To remember who you are beneath the busy.
