Fees:

My fees are due at the time of our session and are payable by cash, check, or credit/debit card.

Individual Therapy: 50 min/$165, 80min/$215
Group Therapy: $380/8 week session

Private Therapeutic Yoga: 60 min/$110, 90 min/$165

Insurance:

I do not bill insurance. I am an out-of-network provider for most insurance companies. I can provide you with a receipt and your insurance company may cover my services as an out-of-network provider. I cannot guarantee reimbursement, please contact your provider for this information.

You can check on your insurance company’s out-of-network provider terms by asking the following questions:

• Does my policy have mental health benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?

• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• Is approval required from my primary care physician?
